Music Monday - MYX Daily Top 10 (June 1, 2010) Featuring "Di Lang Ikaw" by Juris

It is the first day of June! Yes, we are welcoming a new month and we also have a new number one song in the MYX Daily Top 10. "Never Let You Go" by Justin Bieber peaked at number 1 beating erstwhile number 1 "Eenie Meenie" and "Bonamana" by Super Junior who settled for number 2 and 3 respectively.

Meanwhile, it looks like "Pyramid" by Filipina pop and R&B singer Charice is on its way out of the countdown as it dropped another notch to stay at number 4. The Filipina singer's song also dropped two more notches in the Billboard's Dance/ Club Play Songs. From last week's number 12, it is now at number 14 (week of June 5, 2010).

One of the OPM songs doing well in the countdown is "Di Lang Ikaw" by former MYMP member Juris Fernandez which is now at number 8. The song is included in her self-titled debut album under Star Records. She is dubbed as the Queen of Acoustic Pop and also part of the vocal group "ASAP Sessionistas."
