The Flat Belly Diet.

I’m one of the many people who are dreaming of six pack abs; it looks good, don't you think? However, not everybody have all the time in the world to spend working out on gyms. Some are just too stressed out and tired working at the office to go to the gym. This is the reason why I became interested when I heard about the Flat Belly Diet. It was developed by the editor of Prevention Magazine which is centered on a new research that discovered that eating healthy fats or MUFAs (MonoUnsaturated Fatty Acid) with every meal, which are supposed to fill you up and satisfy your cravings for fat.

It is a "painless" way to lose weight without hunger pains and no exercises required (although they do point out that you'll get better and faster results if you do). There are even plenty of inspirational before-and-after stories of people who have tried the program on the internet.
