The photo above is on the front-page of a national broadsheet. Based on the report, the post office will soon issue a limited number of the late President Corazon Aquino stamps like the photo shown above on the 40th day of Aquino’s death, on Sept. 8. The stamp was designed by Marco Ruben Trinos Malto II, a UP fine arts graduate, and photographed by Menchit Ongpin.

Well, this is a fitting tribute to the icon of democracy. I'll be looking forward to seeing these stamps. And I'm sure that stamp collectors are waiting for these as well.
