Boy and Kris in Sykes Asia.

The number one morning show “Boy and Kris” on ABS-CBN recently invaded SYKES ASIA, the first and largest call center in the Philippines.

Boy Abunda himself and actor Jon Avila, went to SunnyMede IT Center, in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, the newly-inaugurated home of the call center leader. The two went through the several phases of a call center agent’s life, from job interview, to training up to the actual call handling.

Sykes Asia is the officially recognized pioneer in the call center industry in the Philippines. It started with a headcount of 16 in 1997 and now boasts of over 8,000 employees in the country.
